After a sold-out tribute to Raul Seixas in 2024, diVó Brazilian Treats returns with a special double feature: Raul & Rita — A Night of Brazilian Rock, Flavor, and Celebration at The Beaumont Studios.

This time, we’re bringing together two iconic voices of Brazilian music in one unforgettable night:

?️ Jackie Joy, the hilarious Brazilian comedian, opens the night with bold humor, authentic stories, and that unmistakable Brazilian energy.

? Amarelas — one of Vancouver’s most exciting all-women bands — will kick things off with a high-energy tribute to the legendary Rita Lee, Brazil’s queen of rock.

? Then, the Raul Seixas Tribute Band returns to the stage with the spirit and chaos of Raulzito himself, delivering classics that shaped a generation.

And of course, no diVó event is complete without Brazilian comfort food — expect our beloved empadas, buttery cookies, and traditional corn cake, all handmade with family recipes from Minas Gerais.
